Alternate Worlds

The world of fantasy and science fiction has been a large part of James Warhola’s illustration life. From an early age he has been intrigued by the imagery and writing of far away lands, as well as the strange, the bizarre, and the fantastic. He has illustrated over 300 book covers for the most popular writers of our time. Two celebrated covers are Robert Heinlein’s legendary “Stranger in a Strange Land” and William Gibson’s ground-breaking, cyperpunk classic, “Neuromancer.”
